How much will your service cost me?

Simply put, NOTHING! Brokers are renumerated and paid by the banks after your loan has settled, by way of commission. There are two types of commission – ‘Upfront’ and ‘Trail’ – which we disclose to you before your loan application is submitted. For residential home loans, this commission is not added to your loan amount.

How do I know you are selecting the lenders that are best for me?

We have 40 lenders on our panel to choose from. The lenders we choose go through a strict selection criteria from our aggregator, AFG, to ensure the selection and variety of lenders provide our customers with choice and freedom to have the right lending solution to their needs.

We definitely don’t use every single lender at any one time, nor do we need to ‘keep them all busy’ – we just care about the lender that suits your needs best. We don’t necessarily use all of the lenders available to us either – again, our decisions are based on what works for you – our client – not the lender. Our selection depends solely on your needs.
